EXPLANATORY NOTE:
Pre-consumer recycled metals can include excess or scrap from the milling, casting or fabrication processes, such as casting sprues, filings, shavings and end cuts, exclusive of bullion.
Pre-consumer recycled gemstones can include diamonds and color stones set in finished jewelry but never purchased by a customer, such as unsold inventory.
